Final pricing may change based on actual labor time, distance, access conditions, stairs, heavy items, additional stops, or changes to the original request.

Additional fees may apply for oversized items, long carries, packing materials, or last-minute changes.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding the move or junk removal

Ensure clear access to pickup and delivery locations

Secure parking permits, building access, and elevator reservations when required

Identify items that are fragile, high-value, or require special handling

Luggit Rabbit Moving & Junk Removal is not responsible for delays or damages caused by inaccurate information or restricted access.

4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

We do not transport or remove hazardous or illegal materials, including but not limited to:

Flammable, explosive, or toxic substances

Firearms, ammunition, or illegal items

Perishable food, plants, or animals

Customers must disclose any items that may pose a safety risk.

5. Damage & Liability

We take reasonable care in handling all items.

Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items packed by the customer, or damage due to poor condition of furniture or property.

Liability, if applicable, is limited as permitted by California law.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations may result in a full service charge.
